Ingredients

* 1 pound carrot
* 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
* 1 medium onion, diced
* 4 glasses chicken bouillon
* 4 tablespoons crisp coriander, slashed
* 1/4 skim milk
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* Salt & Pepper
* 1 teaspoon olive oil


Instructions

In a vast cooking pot, heat olive oil over medium warmth, and cook the carrot, ground coriander, onion and garlic for 5-6 minutes then include the chicken bouillon and whatever remains of the flavoring. Decrease warmth and stew for 20-25 minutes. Include the skim milk.
